This journal is a new item made to have a distressed vintage look. That means that the leather has been made to look older than it is and has markings on it to give it its unique styling. Scarring and inconsistencies in the leather are not defects but rather are what gives each piece its unique old world charm. You can personalize your book with embossing on one or two lines, up to 20 characters and spaces each. To choose this option, fill in your personalization information above. We recommend BLIND embossed lettering and your embossing will be positioned in the lower-right corner. If you prefer a different position, just let us know.
