SHIPPING & SALES TAX
All orders shipped to addresses in the state of Massachusetts will be subject to a 5% sales tax. If your order is shipped to any other state, no sales tax will be added to your order.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. To find out how much your order will cost to ship, you can simply place item(s) in your shopping cart, enter your shipping address, and press continue. Your shipping charges will be calculated before you enter any billing information. We ship by UPS whenever possible to get your order to you fast.
1-Day Shipping is available and begins at $22.99
2-Day Shipping is also available and begins at $14.00
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Important: If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us to verify that it can be done. There is a box on the checkout form specifically for you to tell us about any deadline you may have.
Standard Shipping takes 3-7 days once your order is shipped. Please review the time-in-transit map below to determine your estimated arrival time.
2-Day Shipping and 1-Day Shipping Please note: this does NOT necessarily mean your order will arrive on the next day. If you select 2-Day or 1-Day day shipping, we will expedite production on your order, and we will ship by 2-Day or 1-Day once the order is complete. We bend over backwards to ensure your order will arrive quickly, and if there is any problem that might delay shipment, we will notify you as quickly as possible.
International Shipping We regret that we are unable to ship overseas at this time. Orders will be accepted for shipping only to the United States and Canada. For Canadian orders, we ship via UPS Standard to Canada which is the most economical UPS service. Shipments outside of the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you believe we have made an error, email us or call us before sending anything back. In your email, please refer to your order number and describe the nature of the problem. We’ll never ask you to pay for our mistake, and we appreciate the opportunity to correct errors if they occur. Our goal is your satisfaction and we strive to solve problems as quickly and conveniently as possible for you.

Your package must be shipped prepaid and insured for your own protection. We strongly recommend using UPS, for fastest processing of your return. Our shipping department will be glad to assist you in arranging a UPS pickup, at your expense. Please contact us for details.
Your return must be sent back within 30 days of your purchase.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns received after 30 days, in damaged or used condition, or without proper documentation will be issued a store credit instead of a refund, at our discretion.

For an additional charge of $6.50, we will gift wrap your purchase in beautiful paper with a lavish bow.
We do not currently offer electronic (e-mail) gift certificates. If you'd like to purchase a gift certificate, please contact us and we will mail (the old fashioned way) a beautiful handcrafted gift card with a coupon good for any amount you wish.

We do not give or sell your private information to any other company. Jenni
Bick Bookbinding uses the information you provide to fulfill your orders and
to help improve our service to you. We will use your e-mail address to contact
you regarding your purchase. On occasion, we will call regarding your order.
We will contact you regarding other product information only if you give us
permission to do so.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, shopping at jennibick.com is safe. We wouldn't have it any other way. With our Secure Servers hosted with Yahoo! Shopping,
you are one of millions of users every year who choose us to shop with! Our secure socket layer (SSL) software is the industry
standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.
It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number,
name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over
the Internet.
Am I charged before my order ships?
In the case of personalized items, we will charge your order when it is ready to begin production. Generally, orders spend about 24 hours in production before shipping.
Do I have any other protection against fraud?
Our store is hosted by Yahoo! and so you would automatically be covered by
the Yahoo! Buyer Protection Program which provides up to $750 of fraud protection
(not receiving a product or receiving a substantially different product than
ordered). You can read more here.
Still don't want to use your credit card on the internet?
No problem. There are two ways you can order from us without having to enter
your complete credit card number on the Web:
- Call Us!
Our business hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday-Friday, and we are
often here at other times as well. Just call us and we'll take your order "the
old fashioned way."
- Paying by Check or Money Order
You can select "Check/Money Order" on the order form, and send us a personal
check or money order in U.S. dollars for the amount of your order, payable
to Jenni Bick Bookbinding. PLEASE NOTE that currently we are only able to
accept money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S.
dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank
routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check. Paying
by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't ship the items to
you until your funds clear. Paying by personal check typically delays your order about two weeks.
PAYMENTThe easiest way to buy a product is with your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We use the secure servers of Yahoo! which use encryption software to protect your credit card information.
