Graphic Design and Harry Potter, a combination of 2 of our favorite things. In this article from Mashable we get a look at some of the pieces design studio, MinaLima, created for the Harry Potter movies and will have on display at their exhibition.

Harry Potter's graphic design gets its own exhibition at the House of MinaLima

"You know all of the stunning graphic artwork and props that give the Harry Potter films that extra magical touch? Well now you can see them in person.

Check out some featured items below to get a taste of what's in store:

The MinaLima studio — the ones responsible for all Harry Potter-related graphic art — has opened a massive, four-story exhibition in Soho, London, to showcase its work.

As the MinaLima website explains, Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima started working together to design art after meeting on the set of Harry Potter back in 2001.

The fascinating exhibit at The House of MinaLima displays the print material they designed for the Harry Potter films — including fan favorites like The Daily Prophet newspaper and the Marauder’s Map, along with book covers, posters and more.

The Warner Bros. Studio Tour in London has loaned about 50 props to the exhibition, and according to It's Nice That, some of MinaLima’s other iconic works, such as illustrations from recent publications of Peter Pan and The Jungle Book will also be on display.

The House of MinaLima — located at 26 Greek Street, London — will remain open until Feb. 4, 2017."
