The woven fabric of this cover intertwines horizontal and vertical lines to create a herringbone pattern. This design looks like simple stripes from afar, but once you hold it closely you can see the regularly arranged jagged lines unique to herringbone patterns. It has "butterfly stopper" pen holders, which also function as a clasp to keep the cover shut.
