Our distressed goatskin photo album is handcrafted by Italian craftsmen in Florence. Not satisfied with "off the shelf" choices from Italian binderies, we teamed up with Il Cartiglio to create what we think is the perfect Italian photo album. The leather is buttery soft, smooth and warm to the touch, in a warm brownish burgundy that takes embossing beautifully, so your inscription really stands out. The shading varies from one album to the next, so each is more beautiful than the last, and each is a unique work by a master craftsman bookbinder.
The binding is hand-sewn, with headbands at the spine, and rice-paper interleaving tissue between the heavy cardstock sheets.

Available in four popular sizes:
6x9, 60 pages will hold 60 4x6 or 5x7 photos, arranged one-per-page.
8x10, 60 pages will hold 60 4x6, or 30 5x7 photos.
10x12, 100 pages will hold 200 4x6 or 5x7, or 100 8x10 photos.
14x14, 100 pages will hold any combination of photos, including large format 10x10 or 10x12 prints, up to 6 4x6 photos per page, or 4 5x7 photos per page. Imagine the possibilities!
The albums contain heavy cardstock, in your choice of white or black, with glassine tissue between each sheet to protect your photographs, so you can safely and conveniently use both sides of each page. Naturally, the album is completely archival and acid-free. Use photo mounting corners or double sided sticky dots to attach your photos to the page.
Personalize your album by adding an embossed name or phrase for only $12.00 per line. You can personalize your book with blind embossing on one or two lines, up to 20 characters and spaces each. To choose this option, fill in your personalization information above.
