LOGO EMBOSSINGIn order to work with your logo, we will need to have a metal die engraved with your artwork, like the ones shown below, which can then be used to stamp into any leather item. There is a $150 setup charge for having the die engraved, and a $2.50 per item charge to do the stamping with it.Once the die is made, it can be used over and over again, so your per-item pricing will obviously be better with a larger quantity of items. The $150 setup charge is a one-time cost. We have a few other ways we can work with a logo if you are considering a non-leather item, or if you are looking for logo work done in color. ARTWORK REQUIREMENTSAfter you place your order, we will prepare a digital mockup for you showing size and position of your chosen item. Of course, we are happy to tweak the design until you are satisfied. We will not send the die out for engraving until we have your approval to move forward. When emailing us your image file to use in making the die, please keep in mind the following:
Not sure if your image will work? Send it to us and we'll take a look. We can check your artwork before you order a die and let you know if we feel it will not imprint well. We do offer graphic design services at a rate of $50 per hour (1 hour minimum) if you need help in converting your existing artwork to a usable design. But you'll save loads of time and money if you can send in a camera-ready file to begin with.

LARGE ORDER DISCOUNTSGenerally, we offer a 15% discount on orders of 50 pieces or more, but many factors can affect the discount, including personalization, your timeframe, and which item you are purchasing. AVAILABILITY AND TURNAROUND TIMETurnaround time depends on what item you are ordering, how many, and what kind of personalization we will be doing, but for orders under 200 pieces, a good rule of thumb is 2-3 weeks.
Please bear in mind that because many of our items are handmade one-by-one by small artisan workshops, very large quantities and fast turnaround time might not be possible. We'll need to discuss availability with you regarding specific items before we can make a firm commitment. SAMPLE POLICYIf you are considering a large order, we encourage you to order a sample item first, to be sure the product meets your needs.We are unable to send free samples, but as long as there is no personalization on the sample item, we will gladly accept a return once you have made a decision. We are glad to produce photo mockups using your logo, so you can get a good idea of what the final product will look like. In order to do this for you, we'll need a jpg or eps file with your logo artwork, or other instructions as they might apply to your order. We can create a photo mockup and email it to you to help you make a decision. PAYMENTAll orders must be prepaid unless other arrangements are made in advance. For your convenience, we accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
