The Suede Roses Italian Leather Journal features a two-tone design handcrafted of richly colored leather and gilded embossed suede, detailed with a wraparound flap and latch closure. Thick leather wraps around a refillable insert with smooth ivory unlined pages. Lined refills are sold separately. The refill is held in place by pockets stitched to the inside front and back.
The leather is heavyweight, supple calfskin vegetable-tanned to a rich chestnut tone on one side, and taupe embossed suede with gold highlights on the other side.
