Generally, we offer a 15% discount on orders of 50 pieces or more, but many factors can affect the discount, including personalization, your timeframe, and which item you are purchasing. We are eager to obtain the best possible price for your project, without compromising quality or workmanship. To get a firm price quote, please contact our customer service department who can help you determine availability and pricing.

In order to work with your logo, we will need to have a metal die engraved with your artwork, like the ones shown below, which can then be used to stamp into any leather item. There is a $100 setup charge for having the die engraved, and a $2 per item charge to do the stamping with it.

Once the die is made, it can be used over and over again, so your pricing would obviously be better with a larger quantity of items--the $100 setup charge is a one-time cost.

We have a few other ways we can work with a logo if you are considering a non-leather item, or if you are looking for logo work done in color.

In addition to logo embossing, we can personalize items with names or initials. We offer gift wrapping, custom packaging, and custom design work.

Turnaround time depends on what item you are ordering, how many, and what kind of personalization we will be doing, but for orders under 200 pieces, a good rule of thumb is 2-3 weeks.

Please bear in mind that because many of our items are handmade one-by one by small artisan workshops, very large quantities and fast turnaround time might not be possible. We'll need to discuss availability with you regarding specific items before we can make a firm quote.

If you are considering a large order, we encourage you to order a sample item first, to be sure the product meets your needs.

We are unable to send free samples, but as long as there is no personalization on the sample item, we will gladly accept a return once you have made a decision. To purchase a sample, you can order through the website or call us.

We are glad to produce photo mockups using your logo, so you can get a good idea of what the final product will look like. In order to do this for you, we'll need a jpg or eps file with your logo artwork, or other instructions as they might apply to your order. We can create a photo mockup and email it to you to help you make a decision.

All orders must be prepaid unless other arrangements are made in advance. For your convenience, we accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We are not able to extend credit terms or accept institutional purchase orders that are not accompanied by payment.
